    My Other Reviews·Cogeco Cable
Install: Easy online form to get started that was quickly followed up by a call from billing to get my online banking confirmed. Takes bell 5 business days to have the line setup (I made this the day I moved in). Bell tech had to come inside, didn't take him very long and I was up and running within 10min of him leaving.

Service: I ended up with pretty good line stats, had to make a post in the TSI direct forum to get my profile changed to fastpath and I ended up on the 6meg profile! Have had a few disconnections/unstable connection issues late at night when bell does maintenance but they are announced days/weeks before.

Support: I have never needed to call in for tech support, any requests I had have been quickly delt with in the TSI direct forums here.

Value: After signing up my bit-cap on premium was doubled to 200GB with no price increase and I am on a 6meg profile when the service is 'upto 5meg'. If I could rate value higher than 5, I would

Only complaints I could make are faster packages (ADSL2), better bandwidth monitoring, easier way to manage account details/changes/email, some more redundancy so bell cannot mess up the lines too much when maintenance is needed. As far as I've heard all of these things are in various stages of being done
