    I contacted and asked questions about dsl and my phone line. I asked the same questions to 3 different isp's. TekSavvy gave the best and fastest responses. I signed up online and received a confirming e-mail the same day. They estimated 5 to 15 days for connection. I said I would be available between 2 & 5 for connection. On the 4th day at 3PM I was connected. No problems with service. Worked immediately. Will phone to cancel cable company on Monday.

    July 16/08 - I just had my first problem. My e-mails were not being received after sending them. Teksavvy was very quick in their investigation. Their solution was to re-boot the modem and receive a new IP address. They believed that there was something blocking the smtp for the IP I had at that point. A quick re-boot and my e-mail was sending again.

    Very quick and simple resolution to my problem without a lot of unnecessary questions and test. To the point and 5 minutes later, fixed. Thank-you Teksavvy for the excellent and quick support.
