When i was looking for my broadband selection i was limited to basically rogers or bell. And i was not happy about that considering the cost and limitations that both those services. I started to look around. I considered 3web but then decided against it after the poor customer support i received from them. I then started to see ads from acanac but after reading some reviews decided to stay as faraway as possible. Then i accidentally came across a review for teksavvy on this website. After seeing that there are some 150+ reviews all positive (i am not 100% sure on this but still). So i ordered the 5 meg unlimited dsl package with a speedtouch 516 modem and 2 filters. Once i got the service up and running i then hooked up my modem. For some reason it wasn't connecting and i couldn't figure it out. So i called the 1 800 number and was up and running in under 5 minutes (very impressive) about the only hiccup in terms of service i have had is in regards to bell being bell and trying lower my profile to 3 meg. i was not happy. so i called teksavvy explained my problem and explained that it did run at the 5meg/800k service. They put a call in with bell and surprise surprise it was working at 5 meg again. Again kudos go to teksavvy on their customer support. The only thing i was slightly disappointed with was the announcement of the price increase on the unlimited from 29.95 to 39.95. But teksavvy was there to satisfy by providing a 200GB cap on the premium service which is still at the 29.95 price bracket. After switching i have been extremely pleased with this service. Since getting have convinced 2 of my friends to switch from their respective DSL providers and give teksavvy a try. One more thing the fact that this provider allows the running of servers and doesn't do any filtering/port throttling and all that other garbage is a big plus for me. 10 Thumbs up and an A+++++
