1. Ordering
Fast and Easy. Called them up placed the order with a credit card and was given the service start date. I didn't order any equipment so nothing was ever sent to my home. Invoices are electronic or don't even exist if you don't ask for one. No hidden fees, just read the details on the TSI homepage.
2. Service
Received my services within 5 business days. My first connection instantly worked, the only problem I had was speed related. Apparently Bell did not setup my 'profile' correctly so the tech support rep for TSI opened a ticket. Bell fixed the problem within 24 hrs.
I've had service for over a month now and am very happy. Speeds are excellent, connection is very stable.
3. SUMMARY
This is what an ISP should be. No Bells and whistles like fancy webmail pages, tacky web portals or free antivirus software. Just buy yourselves a MAC and Teksavvy and you're ready to go.
