    Customer service is awesome, response times are fast and you get to talk to someone if you have problems.

    Speeds are good, pings are good. I am on their Premium package which has a fair 200GB cap.

    Owners of this ISP listen to the their customers and their needs.

    Just hope they roll out their bandwidth tracking cause the current one isn't so great.
