    Great support and service - Thank You

    I just wanted to share my experience todate with TekSavvy.

    I ordered the 39.99 unlimited package (5mbps/800)

    I had trouble with my modem configuration on the speedtouch 426 (which was dealt with expediently and with courtesy). My problems were mostly due to the fact that I popped in the CD that came with my speedtouch (I eventually used the web interface and with the help of the good techs at TekSavvy was on my way in a jiffy).

    Every time I speak with a CS rep I am greeted respectfully and they take the time to listen to my concerns. The wait time to speak to a tech (if required) is very low and the advice and recommendations are always bang on.

    This is a welcome change from the Sympatico service I was used to.

    I also noticed that Sympatico was throttling the lines (line-shaping) from 4:30 PM to midnight (at 25KB/s dl for torrents) .. and at 150 KB/s for the rest of the day.

    A few times I saw it go to 300 KB/s dl.

    With TekSavvy I am nearly always in the 400-520 KB/s.

    Excellent service and a company that gives you what they say they are giving you.

    I've already contacted a few friends and family who are switching over to TekSavvy... ( I was the guinea pig) ... no disrespect to pigs ...

    Thank you TekSavvy for putting the customer first. It's rare in this day and age ...
