A few problems with the speed, handled easily. Funny thing was, the technician made me think and act upon the problem. Hence, the solution. Obviously, like everyone else here, I think the service I've received was amazing nevertheless. I was told my landline is excellent, not even a kilometer away from the provider. The technician was patient and while being patient, he was going over everything to see what other possibility there was to the speed issue. Overall, with the speed, the service, and the price, TekSavvy is so far the best provider in this town.
