Only been with Teksavvy for a week now, and already loving it. Static IP, Binaries NNTP, friendly english support, etcetc.
4/5 for connection reliability only because Bell is having fun resetting my linecard speed, if set properly (which I assume will happen soon), I think everything will be perfect.
Thats about the only negative thing, teksavvy still has to go through Bell to do certain things, and we all know how "well" Bell plays with its friends... 
Paying for 5056/800, will have 5056/800 once bell fixes things.
~$37 is $29.95 + $4/static ip + GST. 29.95 gives you 200 GB quota, which is much more reasonable than Bells 60 GB.
