I've had both Cogeco Cable & Bell Sympatico DSL. Neither holds a candle to TekSavvy in either quality of service or support. My TSI DSL is much faster than my cable ever was.
I have been with TekSavvy DSL for over 2 years, and TekSavvy home phone for several months. There were some issues with my degrading phone line, which TekSavvy was very quick to deal with. I had a Bell tech at my home that same day, although he missed the 5-hour service window by a couple of hours.
As usual, dealing with Bell is painful and unpredictable. I always feel that TekSavvy is on my side when dealing with them, and they always help resolve the issue. No dealing with Bell's poor phone support, no significant hold times on the phone with customer service. A+++ rating.
