    What SPEED/package did you order, at what monthly price?
    Ordered the premium package.

    How was the order & install process?
    Just a couple of days to process and install but only to find that my area (new community) is far from CO/DSLAM. Im only getting 512K up/dl for about 5 mons before my telco installed a new DSLAM in the area whc makes my connection faster.

    What did they do wrong..
    They try to install it to the other line...My place has 2 phone lines. I guess this happens when your isp is not the telco itself. Passing of info from isp to telco can sometimes go haywire.
