    I had been on DSL service for several years and decided to switch to TekSavvy on the recommendation of several people on various forums. It was a fantastic decision. In an age where even adequate customer service is the exception and not the rule, TekSavvy provides the best customer support I've ever experienced. The process of switching over was seamless (I had my own modem), performance has been rock solid and the connection has never gone down save for scheduled maintenance periods. I also have great respect for TekSavvy being the first to break word of Bell's anti-consumer throttling efforts and being at the forefront of the fight against it. I have been recommending them to all my customers who are dissatisfied with Bell and Rogers and will be officially endorsing them when my new on-site service company is launched. I can't recommend them highly enough!
