    My Other Reviews·Bell Sympatico
    I'm a recent Bell Sympatico customer who switched to TekSavvy this morning after months of "should I or shouldn't I?" type questions.

    I haven't been able to find one bad point about TekSavvy. Pre-Sales Information was dead on the money, very knowledgable front line support and an extremely nice group of people to speak with. Emails to tech support are answered within minutes. They actually make you feel as though they value your business which, after Bell, is such a refreshing change!

    The switchover was as smooth as it can get. When the change happened, the modem requested my new TekSavvy login information and that was it. Took about 60 seconds max, if even that. Speeds are about the same, if not a little better in terms of ping than what I used to have with Sympatico.

    I called Tech Support this afternoon regarding a question I had and had absolutely no problem getting through to a knowledgable rep. He actually treated me as though I knew something about ADSL! What a refreshing change from what I've been used to.

    As an extra bonus, they even have a news server! I haven't been able to access news groups in years and am looking forward to this value added feature.

    Bottom line, if you were like I was, sitting on the fence knowing full-well that the "other guys" were ripping you off, make the change. You'll end up saving money, get more bang for your buck and support a company that truly deserves your business.

    Addendum - Feb 25, 2009

    I've been with Teksavvy for going on a year now and I consider switching to Teksavvy as one of the best decisions I've made when it comes to the choice of an ISP.

    As an example, I had an issue this past week and called in to tech support (at 2:30 am on a Saturday morning). Once again, the rep I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable and had the issue resolved within a few hours. I honestly can't say enough good things about these folks and their continued commitment to excellence.

    Keep up the great work Teksavvy! You guys rock!
