I've been with Teksavvy since March/07. Signed up with their Dryloop DSL/VoIP combo. Aside from learning how to make VoIP work, its been great ever since. They give a large amount of notice for downtime, and are helpful in other ways.. Not just with the network connection.
A+
One downside to their service (As I suspect this is a case for all 3rd party vendors, is the co-ordination with Bell. On two occasions I've had dry-loops installed and the Bell Techs never seem to make it there on the day of the appointment. 2-3 calls usually have to be made before this is rectified.
Don't blame TSI, this is completely Bell's fault.. But, I can't give full marks for 'Install Co-ordination' on this one.
