I'm a small ISP manager, and I deal with a few compaines on a reseller basis. Teksavvy is one of the newer ones, but one that I wish I'd found earlier. Their level of support, even direct to customer support which they aren't responsible for in my case - I resell their service as a white-label DSL solution, and I do most of the technical support in house - is simply amazing. I don't have one other supplier that will make direct support calls to my customers, or that encourage me to let the customer call them directly. My costs are slightly higher per user, then with other DSL providers, but their rates on bandwidth actually make them cheaper for any customer that actually makes use of their highspeed.
All in all, I'm more then happy with them.
