Great isp, Connections been reliable I have had had TekSavvy for about 5 months and its been a good experience. Good support, Much better then bell.
TekSavvy also supports net neutrality.
Routing is good all around north America, Lower pings overall compared to my bell connection.
Currently on a 5 megabit premium connection, 200GB a month is more then enough for my usage.
Update: Wow its been a while since I updated this. Im still very happy with TSI and have 2 connections now. Was considering getting a third but bell is proposing usage based billing.
