The initial setup was a bit bumpy, no fault of TSI .. the first Bell installer that did my dry-loop had no clue. Within 24 hours another Bell guy arrived and set things right. Has been great ever since. Tech support were good to deal with, had a good command of the english language, and were actually TECHS (that's a rarity these days). Great communication process during the whole trouble ticket time-frame as well.
Add that to a static IP, more than reasonable bandwidth caps and premium routing options and it makes for happy network geek clients. Keep up the good work. My VoIP has never been better.
