Their Home Phone service is great, and they got a tech out asap when it wasn't working well.
Even when there came time for a potential price increase, the matter was put up for debate in the forum.
End result.... $1 less of an increase($4) AND they're throwing in a static IP & NNTP binary access 
They're proactive in notifying users of outages.
They make videos of work being done in the DC.
No other ISP in the world is this democratic, honest and transparent.
No other ISP will fight for your right to an open, fast connection to the internet.
Theirs should be the model all other private companies follow.
