I've been with TekSavvy for just under a year now, and what can I say, it's great!
I ordered both TSI Home Phone and 5Mbps Premium DSL service on July 2nd, '08. My phone was up five days later and DSL five days after that. So no delays!
My DSL service is up to par, with about 4500/680.
Customer service has already proven great, with quick responses by both phone and the TSI Direct forum. Lazy Bell placed me on the default 3Mbps profile, but with a quick post in the TSI Direct forum, I was up to 5Mbps within hours.
Of course, TekSavvy is forcefully throttled by Bell, but thanks to MLPPP, that's not a problem! And with 200GB of monthly bandwidth, I have no worries of ever going over.
For $29/mo, you simply can't go wrong. The packages other major ISP's offer simply do not compare.
On top of all that, they are the most transparent company I have ever come across, and they run almost every decision by their customer base before implementing it. You couldn't ask for more. Customers come first with TSI.
