5056/800 kbps high speed premium dry loop, 200 GB - $29.95
    Dry loop band rate A - $7.25

Switched from Bell when I moved since they started throttling Sympatico customers. Unfortunately they now throttle wholesalers as well, but if the CRTC has its head on straight that might end eventually. Teksavvy believes in net neutrality and you can even find the ownership (R0CKY is the man!) in the forums here giving updates about fighting for the cause.

Setup of my dry loop was flawless using the form on their website, they confirmed the date and even activated a few days early. I've never had to use the support directly but I hear it is top notch. Outages and problems are usually being addressed by a TSI employee in the forums so I've never had to call.

The only downside is that Bell's policy seems to be to provide the bare minimum service they are obligated to under the tariffs. I'm lucky in that I can barely sync at 5 Mbps fast path (for now, my SNRM has dropped from 11dB to 9dB in 8 months) but it seems like there should be a closer remote (I live in the heart of downtown Toronto) if only Bell's policy were to connect 3rd-party customers to them.

Bought my ST516 from Infonec for $50 and it has worked perfectly so far.

EDIT: 4/5 for presales information is only because they don't mention how the sliding window works for bandwidth usage (you have to use more than 400GB over two months to pay overage fees, which are reasonable at $0.25/GB or you can order 100GB for 10$)

EDIT 2: Removed my complaining about dry loop band rate fee.
