signed up for service on the month of July, had a hassle to get modem because Canada Post decided to ship it to a different house, but not Tek's fault so modem arrived late. Once I got modem it was DOA didnt work at all but lucky they have excellent customer service and I am now replacing the modem (have to send it back), also lucky that I had another modem from bell awhile ago laying around, plugged that in and was up with no problem at all. Very slow wait times with Teksavvy as well, which is always good.
Activation date was on time, and even after all those calls to customer service about my modem it all worked out in the end. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone to get Teksavvy there the best company I have ever dealt with, I'm very pleased!
UPDATE: February, 02, 2009 - Been a few months now, and Teksavvy is still the best you can possibly get, Customer service wise, price, and reliability. Would not change providers at all. Speed is still the same everything is still the same, which since its been good, I cant complain! I HIGHLY Recommend these guys.
UPDATE 2 - August 09, 2009 - Still with Teksavvy and there still awesome, I still have good connection reliability, as well as customer service. They are a top notch company, and I'd still recommend them to everyone.
