    So, my previous review about TSI was a little short.. actually it was "YAY!!"

    So here is my review.

    The staff are nice and kind and dealt with my order and trouble accordingly. I had a line that was only to support 1.5mb speed. So the person i spoke with was very kind and offered great incite. I set up my account and was indeed on that profile but i was able to do more due to my line stats. And they even helped my girlfriend over the phone make sure her modem and router were set up since i was not moved in and could not talk her through it over the phone.

    Overall the service and the ability to go above and beyond was what set TekSavvy apart from other ISP's.

    I myself have seen no downsides and will continue to recommend TSI to friends, Family members and strangers on the street. Though now i can actually say i am a Customer as well.

    oh.. and

    yay!!
