    Ok, just canceled my service with Look and decided to call Teksavvy. got the premium 5Meg service. No issues so far...customer service picked up quickly and was very pleasant on the phone. (BTW- i called Velcom first but decided to go with teksavvy after calling both places up.)

    This should be a breeze since i already have connection with a 3rd party and we are just switching over the billing.- no changes should occur in the line.I will continue to track my speed until cutover and should really see no change once cutover occurs.

    I will keep posting until switch time.
