    Called them up and they took down a few pieces of information, waited about 5 business days and the connection was up and working perfectly. I mean it was literally that easy and simple.

    Haven't felt very much throttling on the BitTorrent side of things (even though Bell is apparently throttling it for resellers now too).

    The only thing (and not blaming TekSavvy, more so the mail system) is that the extra phone filters I need haven't been shipped yet so I can't hook up every phone I have yet. Not really TekSavvys fault though.

    UPDATE: 195 days so far!

    Not a bad 195 days if I do say so myself.

    Connection has been rock solid ever since I replaced my 2Wire Modem/Router with a SpeedTouch 516/Dlink DI-524 early on.

    There was only one case of downtime and TekSavvy sent out an e-mail informing customers when it would happen and the reason (maintenance).

    Gotta say that impressed me beyond belief. Never in all the years that I was with Rogers had they ever sent me an e-mail informing me of maintenance...or anything actually...

    Still the best ISP around!
