    I contacted my old provider 30 days ahead of time (at the end of my contract) to tell them I was cancelling. Then I contacted Teksavvy to sign up. 30 days later I noticed my old provider sign in didn't work, I input the new Teksavvy info and I was back up and running. I noticed no down time at all and speeds faster than before - for a better price
