Making the move to TSI is something I wish I'd done sooner. After being on a "grandfathered" profile with a high-speed provider for the last decade, I made the move when I was told I could either continue to pay $54.95 for unlimited internet or pay $34.95 on a contract with 60GB capped service.

The terms of cancellation meant I needed to wait 30 days to move my service to TSI. I had a small hiccup when we decided not to cancel our landline in the 11th hour (11:58 to be exact) and had to switch from a dry-loop/band set-up back to a conventional DSL connection. Not only did TSI refund the pre-paid dry-loop order with less than 1-business day's notice and the band-fee, they also placed the order (as it was before 5pm) so that I would be up and running on the 5th business day (yesterday).

Customer Service has been stellar. No wait times; e-mail responses have been within an hour or two at the max (for less critical issues). Phone support is fantastic as well.

Speeds are blazing and the switch-over was painless (the only thing I'd noticed was that my Bell connection was failing authentication when I got home from work).

The biggest regret I have is not making the move sooner (as many have pointed out).
