I have been with TekSavvy since 2009 using their 5 Mb DSL Service and have been very pleased with the service. I upgraded on March 30, 2012 to their new DSL12 service (12 Mb/Sec Down / 1 Mb/Sec Up). They had a free installation promotion in March. The new service is great and the only hiccup was that the Bell Tech showed up early at 8:30 AM instead of after 12:00pm as I was advised. It could have been a problem if no one had been at home. Anyway, the installation was completed without having to come into the house and the tech was very friendly and helpful. Very pleased with the new service and other than poor installation coordination it was a pleasant experience.
Just wanted to update this review that I was upgraded to DSL15 (15 Mb/Sec Down and 1 Mb/Sec) for the same price. Service is still excellent and appreciate the speed bump.
