in June 2007, I took a 1 year "contract" with Acanac...
service in general was ok... but support was very poor and slow... they only speak English and I wanted to speak with them in French...
so in February 2008, I looked elsewhere even if I still had a 1 year term ending in June 2008 with Acanac...
I thought that Acanac was ok, but wow Teksavvy is perfect...
Best service I ever had from an ISP... excellent sales/support service... very good price (29.95$/month no contact+dry loop fee)... french support.... great speed with MLPPP even if Bell is supposed to be throttling my line.
Go with them, you won't be disappointed!!!!
