    I have a good connection and very few down time and it's a good thing because i am use to have a stable connection. In the past with Videotron i had even less down time but payed a lot more. That's why i changed ISP... The price and the stupid cap they added.

    With Teksavvy my cap is higher for less $ but with half the speed. The only other thing that bothers my with Tek is that they are affected by Bell trottling during part of the day.
