I have switched from Cogeco to Teksavvy about two weeks ago now, and haven't looked back. Sure, I miss my cable's connection 10mbps download line, but NOT the 60gb cap. I am on the Premium package with 200gb cap which satisfies me plenty.
I had a problem as Bell put me on the 3mbps profile. I got switched to 5mbps within 3 hours (Take into account the 'Bell factor' here, and it is pretty impressive), which as soon as I seen the numbers change on my modem, I was like, 'sweet, this problem is resolved'. I was delighted to get a phone call from a tech support agent at teksavvy confirming that the action was successful.
Hate Bell's service? Or just plainly dislike your ISP, and DSL is available in your region? Switch, that's all I gotta say!
