    just moved back from Saskatchewan after a few months out there. Before I left I used 3web cable. It was $10 cheaper but i only recieved decent speeds maybe 10% of the time. I have realized consistency, good routing and a responsive company is more important that the highest speed or best price.

    So I signed up for teksavvy this time. High speed DSL on a dry loop with premium routing. As an example of what I mean as a responsive company: I signed up Sunday night and forgot to enter my appartment number. Within 15 minutes a friendly knowlegable TSI staff member phoned and fixed this for me. They phoned me every step of the way with clear details of how the install would happen. Amazing.

    I now have almost full 5056/800 sync except that I was put on an IKNS remote that has known issues Bell seems unwilling to fix so my upstream synch is 608 instead of 800. All of this was assessed with TSI tech support and we decided together it's best to iive with this situation. I'm perfecly happy with this result and will be a long time customer I'm sure.

    A huge point for me is that Teksavvy is working constructively for better services for all Canadians by lobbying the CRTC on cinsumers' behalf to break the grip of the monopolies that is hurting Canada's competitiveness globally, and gouging customers in Canada. I will never go back to an ILEC for any service until they are no longer ILECs.
