    My Other Reviews·Acanac
    After experiencing HUGE problems with Acanac, I decided to try out Teksavvy. They were able to determine my speed issues (on a 3Mb profile) and was able to fix it in the same evening. Going above and beyond, their tech support guy called me that SAME evening to let me know my profile was raised to 6Mb. The follow-up call was unexpected and very welcome.

    It also helps that MLPPP allows me to download torrents regularly during peak hours.

    I guess Acanac destroyed my expectations, but I was shocked that their tech support is open 24/7. They sound extremely knowledgeable and are able to make profile changes within a 24-hour time period.

    I recommend this for ANY user considering DSL. Their value proposition of excellent customer service and affordable pricing is highly compelling
