A company offering terrific service at an incredibly reasonable price--sounds too good to be true, but for once, it isn't. Knowledgeable, friendly salespeople, quality tech support people who are willing to help (and who are in Canada...and who fluently speak both our national languages...) with issues that other techs won't touch because it's 'not the ISP's problem'. When a friend asked for feedback, I told her it was essentially like having found ISP Nirvana. Maintenance windows are actually ANNOUNCED (typically 24-48 hours or more ahead of time), as opposed to waking up and discovering that you have no service, as is usually the case with the competition. All in all, an incredibly positive experience.
