I subscribed to Teksavvy a little over a year ago, when looking for a service that wasn't quite as exorbitantly priced as Bell. At the time I found myself routinely going over the 60 GB usage allowance Bell provided me, and thought Teksavvy seemed too good to be true.
The migration process went smoothly, although for some reason when I switched providers Bell decided to lower my line profile to 3mb. Once I detected the switch a quick call to TSI tech support had the issue resolved.
Upon moving to a new apartment, I ordered my home phone through Teksavvy as well. I'm pleased to say that both my internet and phone service were up and running on moving day, and that I have had very little issues in regards to that.
There have been two outages since the move and I did receive several emails due to a server bug. Unfortunately due to these issues I can't give Teksavvy full marks on reliability, but in all cases when I've called and spoken to tech support they've been friendly, knowledgeable and forthright. As a network technician myself, diagnosing my issues is much easier when dealing with representatives who are knowledgeable and do not blindly follow a script, as is the case with most major ISPs.
Overall, I am highly pleased with the service provided and make a point of recommending Teksavvy to all of my friends and family.
