I have been with TekSavvy for over 2 years, during my entire time with them they have always endeavoured to help with any problem I have ever had. In the beginning after I just signed up, they worked with me to bring my connection speed up to its full advertised speed of 5Mbps. Ever since then I have never had any problems, and after Bell Canada started to play with DSL speeds, TekSavvy has offered us alternatives to get around that, and took it upon themselves to communicate on our behalf with the CRTC to fix the issue with Bell.
I seriously didn't thing such a capable and understanding ISP existed until I switched to TekSavvy. Trust me, you wont be disappointed.
