Last night I set up my modem anticipating my activation date of today (10th) and to my surprise my internet was up and running! So less than 5 days! Since Bell has to do the work, I was thinking they would drag their feet.
Anyways signed on everything is working just great. I am very satisfied with the speed 512K (I used to be on dial up). I only wish I could afford the 5M service.
I have already recommended TekSavvy to some family members who want to get rid of their Bell Sympatico or whatever they are calling it these days.
Keep up the good work!

I just signed up with TSI this afternoon so I will update when service is hooked up.
I called TSI this afternoon to get set up and actually talked to someone right away, and who is in Canada and speaks English! The individual on the phone ended up being from technical support, but instead of putting me on hold or transferring me into oblivion, he signed me up for service!! He was great, answered all my questions and then Boom....a few hours later got my confirmation e-mail and I already have my TSI e-mail account. If everything goes smoothly I will be up and running on Friday. Great Work Guys!
Also as a side note, I forgot to ask a question when I was on the phone, so I posted on the Tek Savvy direct board and got an answer in a few minutes, unbelievable!!
