I signed up for Teksavvy's Extreme 28 package in early June. Setup was scheduled for June 17th from Rogers.
All the way, being totally informed of progress via email and phone. Very nice.
Unfortunately, due to some mis-wiring from Rogers, I had to locate the signal myself in the house. Some trial and error fixed it and am now live. Rogers even somehow disconnected one of my satellite receivers.
Speedtest.net is clocking in at 50mbps down and 1mbps up. Not sure why it's double, but multiple speed test sites are reporting the same.
Customer service, and technical support wait times are much, much better.
