I've had issues where Bell has horked something and in the end, TekSavvy fixes it. In six or so odd years, Bell has messed up my line two or three times. So it's a rare event but nonetheless, annoying. 
btw, my costs may appear high but it's because I have moved all my services over to TSI: DSL with static IP, local and long distance phone, my first child and the pick of the next chicken litter.
