Ordered on the 14th, live on the 20th. With all the work I did on the ISW I was able to achieve decent speeds - approx. 4300k down 770k up. Very acceptable. Decent ping times out to my servers, not one dropped packet thus far.
Very reasonable bandwidth cap (200g) for premium. With the static IP I can use single link MLPPP on a Tomato based router and skirt any traffic shaping Bell might be doing.
I don't think I've ever waited more than a minute or two to talk to a live human being at TSI. Cogeco? Bell? Forget about it.
Also have my home phone and unlimited long distance through Teksavvy and have for over a year now. Not one problem with that either.
They need to offer a 15 - 30 day money back guarantee on DSL. Right now, no refunds on the first month, which I think is VERY unreasonable.
They need to offer faster speeds, but that is dependent on Bell and we all know how THAT'S going to work out.
UPDATE Jan 21, '10:
Dropped off the Cogeco cable modem this morning. Got back, installed the Tomato/MLPPP firmware on my router and gave Teksavvy a call. About 2 minutes later I was on their MLPPP service in single-link mode. Very painless. Teksavvy support is priceless. Not too often you call a number, speak to a real human being within 60 seconds, and that person both speaks English and knows what the &^%$ they're talking about.

Wet loop converted to dry, second dry loop and modem added, MLPPP dual link running on Tomato/WRT54G. Solid as a rock for a couple of weeks now. Teksavvy placed the order to cut my wet line with DSL and install a dry loop with DSL on the same day. The switch occurred and my modem reconnected without the tech even being present. He later dropped by to ensure everything was working - and it was. He also remarked that my line stats were excellent on both connections.
So I'm paying a little more for my internet, but coupled with the savings on the home phone being switched to voip.ms and the drastic reduction in Cogeco services - which was my response to their UBB tactics and BS, I'm actually spending close to $100 less per month than my previous setup.
Also, a quick chat with the billing department consolidated my 2 DSL bills into 1 in about 30 seconds flat.
Happily speeding along at ~8.4mb/s down - 1.2mb/s up, unthrottled, with 400g of monthly cap.
SIMPLY THE BEST!

Converted both DSL accounts from premium to unlimited yesterday. All handled in the direct forum - change made last night after hours. Woke up this morning, got the email, changed my login, poof. Done.
I'm spending a little more than I want to, but it's a nod to Rocky for his activity and candor in these forums, and a show of support to a good company that's a pleasure to do business with. Thanks to TSI Jason for confirming everything for me last night.
STILL THE BEST!

Sorry to say, had to cancel TSI. Nothing to do with the company or the service - both are terrific. I just can't have any of my dollars going to Bhell, directly or indirectly. Ever again.
If and when TSI gets into Hamilton with a cable offering I'll go back to them.
=============== UPDATE Feb 10, 2012 ==============
Ordered Teksavvy's 12/1 service on February 3 - friendly CSR had it done in just a few minutes. My old account was reactivated and the new service attached to that. Got the confirmation email the next morning and noticed my contact number was an old version, so called in to TSI to update it. Got another great CSR and wrapped that up in a couple of minutes.
TSI called me on Monday afternoon and confirmed my install times for 2 techs today (Friday Feb 10, 2012). By noon today the B#ell tech came and went, and my DSL was operating normally. TSI tech arrived at 3PM and confirmed my install was completed with no problems.
This is how it's done. The entire experience re-confirmed my faith in TSI and my decision to go back with them.
Still the BEST!!!
=============== UPDATE Feb 18, 2012 ==============
TSI put in a ticket with B#ell to bump my upload speed to the full 1 meg. Work was complete by the following morning. I'm on a 14272/1088 profile for the 12/1 service, so I'm getting as close to the 12/1 advertised speeds as my line permits. Fabulous.
