I live in a small apartment building where Cable or DSL are available. I chose DSL as I already have the equipment for the service, also because of the MLPPP to actually be able to use the full effect of the tier that I am paying for (first time in a very long time I may add) I ordered the Premium DSL/Dry loop with MLPPP/200GB month and static IP for $46.38 per month after taxes and Band C charges. The order and install process went off without any human contact at all and was very smooth with interruption to service at all. The equipment I use are the D-Link 2320B in conjunction with a WRT54GL Linksys router with the Tomato/MLPPP firmware. To this date not a hiccup with my equipment. Nothing really to say other the the ease of requesting this service from the internet and everything being taken care of from that point. Thank you very much. Everything still going very well, no interruptions to service and no need at all to contact customer service. Price has gone up a little bit but that is to be expected, now at $52.17 everything else has now with HST and UBB coming into play. I try not to focus on this though, Teksavvy is still better then the best. I just hope that UBB is not the end of what is growing to be a country wide reliable service provider. member for 14.8 years, 5465 visits, last login: 1 day ago updated 8.9 years ago
