$50 is my monthly cost (including tax) for DSL. I also have a voip phone. My usage is under 200GB/month so the 300GB limit is great (much better than Bell). I may have been lucky but i always get prompt support. I usually phone or post in the direct forum with admin/accounting questions. I've been a TekSavvy customer for about 6 years. I use my own 2wire ASL2+ modem.
