About a month ago started having high ping (around 200-300) from 6-7 p.m. until midnight. Called teksavvy numerous times, first - had to wait for 25-40 mins to get in touch with tech support, second - problem still there. I am really thinking about leaving them, it is frustrating. After they started trying to fix the problem the ping went higher than before even during a day, around 100, evenings sometimes go up to 400. I don't want to pay for such service. Teksavvy used to be fine, now......... pretty bad.
UPDATE: We keep going in circles and the problem is still there, nothing has changed a bit. Looks like Teksavvy is trying to wear me out - not going to happen. Do I have to call every day and bug them to try and fix the problem?? I tried my modem ta my friends house - works fine. Tried to use different modem at my house - bad ping.
