Ordered the 5mbit line at 2008 with static IP. No tech needed since I had a bell internet line installed.
I was able to obtain maximum advertised speed (- overhead of dsl technology). Never had any real problem except one time Bell decided to pull the line(my fault) since I canceled bell phone. Was out of internet for a couple of days because they need to reorder the line.
Bell does throttle all wholesale line at certain time of the day, but Teksavvy offer solution to evade the practice at a reasonable cost (see MLPPP)
Several occasion I had some question and called Teksavvy at midnight and I was able to get a live person to answer within 30 seconds, and without really going thru too much standard 'restart computer' procedure.
The isp also warned customer of maintenance with a reasonable time frame and have an active presence in dslreport with real user commenting on the services.
