Cheap, Great Support, Reliable, No BS
The DRY Loop activation fee imposed by Bell, Order form could be more user friendly
An ISP that activly fights for a better Internet :O Can't get better than that!

I just came from Primus, which I would say is the same if not worse than Bell, every time I would call Primus support they would say it's my issue same with Bell.
They also charged me a cancellation fee, modem shipping return fee and others which is unbelievable!

The first time I called Teksavvy I hadn't setup QoS for my new voip, so the guy said HIS phone connection at Teksavvy was bad, made me feel GOOD even though it was my fault and I mentioned it after :P
Ordered the 5M Unlimited package, received 7.3 because the Bell tech was cool, hehe.
My line is great, is able to go to 16M once Bell creates Speed Matching tariffs I presume.
Very fair when it comes to bandwidth and their packages, doesn't treat bandwidth as a luxury like Rogers and Bell.
Great IISP, well worth my money!
