I got dry-loop DSL installed a few weeks ago. I wanted to change the installation date, but no one got back to me until after the installation was already completed. Unfortunately, the previous occupant had Rogers home phone, so I had to re-connect the wires to the Bell line. Took 30 seconds but I'm pretty technical.
The service is consistently as fast as advertised 5 Mbps down, 800 kbps up. I wish they offered faster service, but the unlimited bandwidth is what keeps me.
If they just improved their customer service (which is still better than Bell's) I would be the happiest customer.
