Teksavvy DSL has virtually no downtime. The connections are stable, reliable and always fast (constant 525 KB/sec download speed). The customer service is helpful. No billing errors or major issues in over 5 years.
The company sends notifications about any network maintenance in advance. Another plus: electronic billing.

Update 28/07/2011. Switched to 10 mb service as soon as it was available over DSL. High install charge forced by bell but everything went smooth and the line now syncs at 12 mbps giving me more than double the speed I had before.

Update 13/03/2012: finally left Teksavvy for Electronic Box. The price of 10 mbit DSL is simply too high when facturing in the Dryloop cost (aka Bell-ripoff-cost, which nowadays is virtually a must anyway). The DSL installation cost is too high thanks to Bell ($99 is unjustified: all Bell has to do is change a speed profile remotely), the service price is unjustifiably high (Bell is simply too greedy). TSI had no affordable cable alternatives unlike Electronic Box. Felt a bit sorry to leave TSI, they treated me well, but I can't afford it anymore.
