I just switched over from Rogers cable to TekSavvy DSL and so far everything is A-OK. It took a little time to get the DSL line up (Scheduled Jan 4th, got it going Jan 7th) but I don't mind if everything else is good.
I went with the HighSpeed Premium package. At the time of signup it was 5/640 I believe. I got a little speed bump up to 6/800 which is awesome.
I called TechSupport a total of three times, twice trying to figure out why my line wasn't working and a third to cancel an appointment to have a technician come out and check the line. Each time I called, I was directed to a representative almost immediately. Extremely fast and helpful staff 
I cancelled the appointment because the line came up about 2 hours before Support called me (I missed the phone call ) and no longer needed help.
Suffice it to say, I am extremely happy and if the reliability proves as good as their tech support, I will be a long time customer 
I will update my review after a few months of usage.
