Ordered 12mb dry-line service on the 4th, had it installed successfully on the 10th with only a short visit from a tech, everything was done before 1pm. Had a minor sync speed issue which I contacted support about on the 12th which was quickly addressed by tech support and has been fixed as of the 14th. So 6 days from order to working stable connection and 2 additional days for a speed increase ticket.
Overall it went better than expected given some of the horror stories there are around.
I've been a customer of Teksavvy since mid 2007 and was somewhat apprehensive to switch to a faster service due to these stories, I however had nothing but the fantastic service I have always had from both sales and tech support.
Teksavvy has yet to disappoint me personally, and I suspect it wont happen anytime soon.
