Good "Cheap prices, excellent bandwidth options, good customer support"
- Location: Windsor,ON
- Cost: $45 per month

- Bell Canada
Bad "Cannot rent modem, speed/quality of connection depends on phone lines you have"
Overall "If your phone lines are in good condition with no interference then you'll get the speeds your paying for. If not then go Cogeco"

I ordered Teksavvy with great anticipation after my nephew had his setup. His phone line's are in great shape so he gets the max connection speed based on his package. I however, have really old phone lines and did not get a connection even close to what I was paying for.
I was encouraged to try to find the source of my phone lines, but I could not. The phone lines come into the house from underneath the floors. There is no basement.
The Teksavvy phone support tech would not guarantee that a Bell tech coming to my house would fix the issues I had. So I decided against having them come over because of this and the fee of $100.
Also, I have yet to locate the panel or patch box where the phone line comes from.
I have to stick with Cogeco for now. I pay over $100, but I get a 200 GB cap and the speed is great.
