i used an st516 modem with teksavvy for over 2 years on their 6/1 DSL service. I had only two downtimes less than 6 hrs each. i moved to 25/2.5 cable as the cable service is cheaper (no dryloop fees). I stayed with teksavvy even after moving to cable. this is a great company to deal with (day to day quibbling in the forums notwithstanding) who are totally canadian and have decent support when required.
