been about 7-8 months so far so good, speeds are identical to when i was with shaw's 25/3 service, the price is $15 cheaper and they offer 125gb more bandwidth. a win win situation so far. dealing with tech support is great, unfortunately their hands are tied for doing any real fixes, at least that seems to be the case with their arrangement with shaw's network. teksavvy's techs have generally good attitudes compared to shaw's rude, combative, and misleading "help" desk phone staff. i do like to support good business and teksavvy seems the part, i just hope it stays that way.
